Legendary recording found deep in the Osgood vaults – this studio meeting of one of Sweden's most legendary saxophone artists: Krister Andersson and Denmark's favourite saxophone son Jesper Løvdal with an absolute first class rhythm section. Heine Hansen is one of the greatest pianists of his generation and Thomas Vang and Kresten Osgood have been musical partners for close to 30 years. The group plays through some fine Osgood originals as well as some all-time favourites like the Monk piece "Evidence", Strayhorn's "Johnny Come Lately" and Carmichael's "I Get Along Without You Very Well”. Absolutely beautiful document of some of Scandinavia's best players doing what they do best.
